More lovely trees in Sydney's downtown streets. What a green city!
Sydney's ferry docks are located right in the downtown harbour.
Riding in the ferries of Sydney gives you some of the best views in the city of the Harbour bridge...
...and of course the world famous Sydney Opera House.
The Taronga Zoo ferry circles the opera house which lets you see it from many angles.
Near my apartment lies some more great views of the city.
This is my current temporary apartment.
Here is my fully furnished room... it comes with an ADSL internet connection, a television, a bed, desk, huge double cabinet and bookshelf.
I have shared kitchen, laundry facilities, washrooms/showers, patio with 7 other tenants. All for $185 per week. All rent is paid weekly here in Australia, but if you prefer to pay monthly as you do in North America the landlord will be more than happy to accomodate that.
The view of the house's back door from our patio.
Here are some of the very few gargoyles I have found in Sydney.
I like these sea creature gargoyles located on one of the skyscrappers downtown.
CityRail (basically the subway to Torontonians) has two levels of seating and is very clean here.
... and the views at the stations are sometimes just superb!
